Notes from the importer: “The Mariols have been making wines in the Barcelona area for over 100 years. The vermut is a macabeu wine infused with wild field herbs and unripe green walnuts- the infusion is aged in a 60 year old solera I like to say this vermut is softer, lighter, aromatic like Christmas, and goes down like a hug on the inside. They sell A LOT of it in Barcelona (it is widely considered one of their top vermuts). It is fantastic on its own, an extremely sippable and addictive vermut.”
