Caraccioli focuses on small batch méthode champenoise sparkling wine from the coast of Santa Lucia Highlands. Starting in 2015, it is composed of 100% Estate fruit, with the blend of the 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir undergoing 48 months of lees aging. Delicate rose petals, mixed berries, orange zest and baked biscuits. The mousse is creamy, and the finish is soft, yet powerful.
