Bordiga Vermouth Rosso

We kind of want to just tell you that this is based on Nebbiolo and expect you to buy it, but more descriptions should help in the decision making.  The classic Bordiga producer is infused with a variation of botanicals including: Wormwood, lime, marjoram, mint, cinchona bark, cardamom, vanilla, carnation berries, gentian root, sage, citrus peel, fennel, and coriander.  A smidge lighter than many red vermouth with flavors reminiscent of rooibos tea, chai, and maraschino cherry.
