Badia di Morrona Vin Santo del Chianti 2018

A combination of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Colombana is grown in close proximity to the ocean, preserving the wines intensity, it then undergoes rigorous winemaking. The grapes are hung to dry until February and aged at least 4 years in small oak barrels. Burned caramel, toffee, raisin bread and cookie dough with barrel spices of nutmeg and clove. Rich and viscous with dried mango and candied pecans, the wine finishes clean.
