Albet I Noya “Petit Albet” Brut Reserva Classic Penedes 2023

Albet I Noya is part of the Classic Penedes designation, renouncing from the Cava D.O. in an attempt to bring focus to the quality of the vineyards. A vintage sparkler made from the region’s traditional grapes grown organically. Bright lemon and lime with a biscuity quality of maple bar with a creamy texture and floral aromas. The wine is aged for 15 months and finished with an 8 g/L dosage.
