Beautifully fragrant with none of the over-the-top perfumed aromas that can often times plague the grape. Coy aromatics are plentiful with jasmine and honeysuckle, Meyer lemon, casaba melon, apricot and pound cake. The natural oiliness is elegant rather than gaudy with a tropical quality of pineapple and papaya. Great acidity overpowers the minimal RS for a minerally and buzzing finish.
