Zlatan Otok is located on the island of Hvar which is said to be one of the sunniest places in all of Europe. His Plavac Mali brought recognition and put the grape on the map. Red, black and blue fruits are ripe, yet bitter with dark aromas of figs and chocolate. Plums, dried flowers and local herbs are full bodied with lifted acidity and balanced persistence. Flavors of island breezes, sun and large neutral barrels blend nicely.
