Wise Caldwell JFC 14 Year Bourbon Cask Combo

The inaugural release of this bourbon beauty was made from a selection of small batch bourbon whisky from the finest distilleries in Kentucky. We then blended, aged and finished it for an additional 15 months in a combination of French oak Cognac barrels, American oak sherry barrels from Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso, along with a selection of our very own French oak Caldwell Cooperage barrels used for our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and solera-style port-like dessert wine.
