Kivelstadt Twice Removed Rose 2017
SKU

60% Carignane, planted in the 1940s, and 40% Grenache, planted in the 1980s, from dry-farmed Venturi Vineyard in Mendocino. The Carignane is pressed immediately, while the Grenache is left overnight, resulting in an attractive pale-colored rosé. Very fresh with red fruit aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, and raspberry, as well as pretty floral notes of rose petals. With a nice grainy, mineral, drying texture on the palate, this is a lean, food-friendly rosé.
