Biodynamic, minimal intervention domaine. Selection of older-vine vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Hautes-Côtes vineyards in the Côte de Nuits. Bright, tart and energetic: raspberry, boysenberry and plum skin expand into more savory flavors of mushroom and tilled soil. Light color & body with great acidity, this is a lovely accompaniment for lighter dishes.
