  1. Alma de Cattleya Chardonnay Sonoma County 2017

Alma de Cattleya Chardonnay Sonoma County 2017

This is the fantastic second label by Bibiana González Rave, and it is made with the same talent and precision as her first label, “Cattleya”. This year has fruit coming mostly from Russian River in addition to Sonoma Coast and Carneros. The wine sees 15% new oak for 15 months and has rich notes of Meyer lemon, hazelnut, spring blossoms, brioche, and honeysuckle. The palate is medium bodied, round, and supple, with a crisp finish. 2. Gail "Doris Red Table Wine" 2016

Gail "Doris Red Table Wine" 2016

97% Merlot, 3% Alicante Bouschet. A blend which changes each year – here the Merlot comes from Sonoma Mountain and Bedrock Vineyard, while the small amount of Alicante Bouschet adds color, richness, and spicy pepper aromas. This is a very approachable, relatively light wine that’s attractively floral and slightly carbonic, with aromas of red cherry, plum, and violets and an earthy, soft, grainy palate. Learn More
  3. Petrichor Grenache Sonoma County 2014

    Petrichor Grenache Sonoma County 2014

We’re really excited about the emerging quality of Grenache in California. Long overlooked, the Mediterranean conditions suit the variety. Petrichor are based in Sonoma, and the vines are planted at high elevation to slow ripening down. Grainy, earthy, leathery, and smooth, with graceful red fruits and just the slightest hint of jam backed up by smoke and licorice. Subtly delicious with a long finish. Learn More
