We have a vague ambition to have every state represented here at Back Room. This is our first selection from Maryland, proof that the quality of winemaking across the US is rising. The cool yet humid climate provides ideal conditions for sparkling wine production, resulting in crisp, fresh acidity that gives the wine a drying finish after the fruity golden delicious aromas slowly fade. A Pét-Nat well worth checking out.
