A blend of 70% Zweigelt, 20% Blaufrankisch, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Markowitsch’s vineyards in Carnuntum just south of Vienna are ideally situated on a slope approximately equally distant from the Danube River on one side and the Neusiedlersee on the other. Light and refreshing with balanced acidity, and notes of strawberries and red cherries. Definitely great to start with or drink all day!
