Gail "Doris Red Table Wine" 2015

Sonoma brothers Dan and Patrick O’Brien name this blend of 67% Cabernet Franc and 33% Merlot after their eccentric aunt Doris. A very drinkable, easy-going, and attractive blend that still has a lot of substance and weight to it. A restrained, lightly fruity nose of strawberries, raspberries, and plums is followed by a grainy texture on the palate with fresh acidity and a great all-round mouthfeel.
