  1. Andre Aubert "Le Devoy" Rhone Blanc 2018

Andre Aubert "Le Devoy" Rhone Blanc 2018

At the very heart of the Rhône Valley, at the northerly tip of the Southern Rhône, lie the vineyards of Grignan-Les-Adhémar. The “Le Devoy” blanc is made up of four Rhone varietals with a breakdown of 30% Bourboulenc, 30% Viognier, 25% Grenache blanc, and 15% Clairette. This wine is “Farmer’s Market” fresh with aromas of white flowers, white nectarine, peach, and lemon. The weight of the wine itself is fairly rich and ripe with moderate acidity. Very appealing. 2. Bastide Blanche Bandol Blanc 2017

    Bastide Blanche Bandol Blanc 2017

Rarely do we see Bandol Blanc and this consistent producer delivers a terrific wine of depth, clarity, and class. 55% Clairette and 45% Ungi Blanc from old vines give flavors of mandarin oranges and pineapple. There is a lot of jasmine flowers, honeysuckle, lemon/lime, honeydew melon and a light palate weight. A restrained and delicate wine with a nice freshness while not sacrificing the long finish from the fresh acidity. Learn More
  3. Domaine de Fondreche Ventoux Blanc 2017

Domaine de Fondreche Ventoux Blanc 2017

30% each of Roussanne, Clairette, and Grenache Blanc, plus 10% Rolle, spending 6 months on the lees. The fruit comes from Ventoux, not far from Châteauneuf-du-Pape – in blind tastings at the shop, this often beats its more famous neighbor. There’s a light creaminess on the palate, giving the wine texture and body, lifted by lively acidity, chewy stone fruits, a waxy mouthfeel, good grip, and gentle spices. Pair this with a versatile range of foods. Learn More
