Barbara Ohlzelt Seeberg Kamptal Riesling 2016

Barbara Öhlzelt is a dynamic young winemaker in the exciting Austrian region of Kamptal which is just as good but not as expensive as nearby Wachau. A floral nose of jasmine and acacia followed by aromas of lime zest, nectarine, white pepper, and paprika leads into a palate that’s acidic and a little tight at first, but which opens to a full, balanced structure and a long finish. A classy, sophisticated Riesling.
