The grapes that make up this dry white wine are mostly Gros Manseng with some Courbu. The vineyards are netled into the Pyrénées mountains and they produce a wine that is both rustic and fresh. Bright flavors of raw honey, yellow apple, pear, cantaloupe, tangerine and mango show well right along side honeysuckle and flowers. There is an underlying note of minerality that compliments the juicy acidity. This is seriously fun. Learn More

Jim Barry’s son Peter was on holiday on the Greek island of Santorini ten years ago and fell in love with the local Assyrtiko grape. He took cuttings, exported them to Australia, and planted them in Clare Valley for the country’s first ever Assyrtiko wine. His passion has been rewarded because this is an exceptional wine, with cutting acidity and a stony, steely mouthfeel, with a touch of earth and tart green and citrus fruits. Learn More
