The grapes that make up this dry white wine are mostly Gros Manseng with some Courbu. The vineyards are netled into the Pyrénées mountains and they produce a wine that is both rustic and fresh. Bright flavors of raw honey, yellow apple, pear, cantaloupe, tangerine and mango show well right along side honeysuckle and flowers. There is an underlying note of minerality that compliments the juicy acidity. This is seriously fun. Learn More
  2. Paul Pernot Bourgogne Aligote 2017

    Paul Pernot Bourgogne Aligote 2017

    $26.00
This may be the best Aligoté we’ve tried from Burgundy. The Pernot family have been selling fruit for generations, and making wine since 1959 – they’re now on to the third Paul. They take meticulous care in the winemaking process, emphasizing the purity of the fruit. This goes through MLF to soften Aligoté’s tart acidity, giving the wine a lightly creamy texture and gently round mouthfeel. Drink with seafood. Learn More
