The wine quickly opens up to show wild raspberry, blueberry and red cherry flavors + cracked pepper, dried thyme and tarragon. A wine for the dinner table. Valdiguie, Zinfandel, Carignan, Petite Sirah, Dolcetto, Negroamaro, Mourvedre. 70-135 years old vines. Aged 4 months neutral French oak.
