Walter Scott “La Combe Verte” Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills 2021

The ‘La Combe Verte’ comes from  sloped volcanic clay & stony soils in the region of Eola- Amity Hills. Some of the grapes remain whole-cluster providing potpourri notes, while the entirety of the wine is Oregon at a high level. Red cherries and roses, blood oranges, red plums and savory earth. The acidity pings the palate with cleansing fruits, bitter chocolate and orange zest freshness.
