Walter Hansel has gained much popularity over the years causing the wines to sell out far before the next vintage is released. While all of the wines by Stephen Hansel tend to be rich, the Cuvée Alyce is the most oak driven while still maintaining a crisp finish.  Burned butter, baked apples, pears, lemon curds, nutmeg and apple pie spices.  Creamy on the mid palate with a wash of citrusy acid refreshing the taste buds.
