Vivier Rose of Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2016

Stephane Vivier, Co-Owner/Winemaker. Born and raised in Burgundy, he merges "Burgundian restraint" with "California sunshine" in his Pinot Noirs and this delicious Rose. Get wild red cherries, blood oranges, sweet cranberries, crushed fresh thyme and a pinch of peppery spice. Light-bodied, aromatic, very dry and perfectly floral/spicy. Saignee method. Less than one hour on skins. Tank fermented/tank aged 6 months.
