Each Thursday night we focus on one grape and pour you classic examples of the grape from different parts of the world.
Tasting a grape from different places, and made in different styles, we feel is the best way to understand the grape.
The Great Grape Study on Thursday, October 30 features Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio.
Same grape, different name. This is the perfect GGS grape as it's grown in so many parts of the world. Alsace, France. Northeast Italy. Oregon. New Zealand, California. All these regions are proud of their Pinot Gris/Grigio for good reason. We'll look at six great examples of the grape.
