Taste and smell cassis, blackberry, roasted coffee, vanilla, loam and lead to black cherry and blueberry flavors and a long, earthy finish. Unfined and unfiltered, 20 months in 40% new French oak. Decant or hold for 5-10 years. 125 cases.
