The 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay blend of the Grande Reserve spends over 30 months on its lees and the autolysis on the nose provides brioche and biscuits, smoke and chalk, and everything that makes Champagne, well...Champagne.  The power of the nose is restrained on the palate with a fine silky texture, nectarine, lime blossom, exotic spice and a detailed finish.
