Vignobles Edmond Latour Vacqueyras 2019

Some may know this label by its former name, Domaine de l’Espigouette, different name, but the juice remains the same high quality, classic Vacqueyras.  The textbook (or Googled) definition of Garrigue is found in the glass with additional black olive, violets and anise. Blackberry, blueberry and cassis are surrounded by a dense and powerful mouthfeel that transitions in to surprisingly soft and polished tannins.
