Vigne Rada “Stria” Vermentino di Sardegna 2021

A Vermentino which flashes its richness and weight. A cold soak bleeds some skin-contact qualities into the wine without getting full hipster. Baking spices, loquat, guava and peach skins. Yellow apple, citrus pith, thyme and orange meringue pie, presumably from 3-4 months of lees stirring in stainless steel.  All the flavors are washed over by juicy acidity that does not show feature any bitter skin-tannins.
