Venn by Young Inglewood White Wine 2020

This second label by Young Inglewood is nothing but fun and always up to no good. The base is the forgotten Burgundy grape Aligoté and the other half is the two Bordeaux grapes Merlot and Malbec.  (Yes, two red grapes) Peaches, apricot, nectarine and herbs.  Lemon balm, orange zest, and baking spice are both juicy and bitter   It sounds like a crazy concept, but somehow these guys got it to work, with mostly natural winemaking techniques to boot!
