80% Garnacha, 20% Carinena. From Josep-Maria Vendrell's organic vineyards in rocky, mountainous Montsant. Lots of character here: get ripe red cherries and fresh raspberries, with bright acid and a nice streak of minerality. Enough tannic structure to stand up to red meat , approachable enough to drink on its own. Simply delicious.
