Valdespino's winemaking tradition stretches back to the 1400's. Aged longer under flor than most Manzanillas, "Deliciosa" is a bit more assertive in its flavors, but a bit softer and more rounded overall. Briny and herby, with flavors of blanched almond and a distinct saltiness that evokes the ocean shore.
