Passito: a sweet wine made from grapes that have been allowed to dry in the sun. Here, the grapes are 83% Vermentino, 17% Muscato Giallo. The wine tastes of golden raisins, wildflower honey, and lemon verbena. Try this with Humboldt Fog, roasted almonds and d'Anjou pears. Seriously.
