Two Shepherds Wine Grenache Blanc Tribute to Saralee 2019

The grapes come from an old dried-up riverbed in the Russian River Valley, with the oceanic bottoms and volcanic ash providing mind-blowing amounts of minerality. The Grenache Blanc grape itself, is a wonderful conduit to transfer the terroir to the glass. A pithy nose of golden grapefruit and orange citrus leads to a creamy texture. Crisp acid shows a saline side, complementing the real star of the show…minerality.
