Turley Old Vines Zinfandel California 2022

Old vines from Paso Robles offer a textbook example of Turley style at an accessible price. Savory herbs & spices like white pepper play first fiddle here, with the brambly red fruits not too far behind. Bright, pure, with excellent grip and texture from the granitic soils, the wine finishes with mouthwatering acidity and a feeling of freshness. Elegant and jam packed full of spiced fruit flavors with great depth.  May benefit from a light decanting.
