Trois Noix Sauvignon Blanc Napa 2021

100% Sauvignon Blanc from a single vineyard in Napa's cooler Oak Knoll District with a large portion of Musqué clone providing texture and aromatics to the minerally base.  Lively citrus zest, raw honey, guava, papaya, and dusty gravel. Medium bodied with a complex beginning, middle, and end.  The wine sees 50% stainless steel aging and 50% neutral oak providing amounts of nuance rarely found in Sauvignon Blanc outside of Sancerre.
