Tour des Gendres Petillant Naturel Vin de France NV

Organically-grown 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chenin Blanc from the Bergerac region east of Bordeaux, spending six months on the lees. Alcohol is just 11%, for a very light, refreshing style. It’s fruity, easy, and very approachable, with bright, clean aromas of apples, pears, and sweet spices, as well as a subtle toasty influence from the lees. The palate is wonderfully fresh – this is light on its feet and hard to resist.
