Croatia has an extremely long history of making wine, but not much seems to hit the export market. Because wine is such a way of life, little thought is invested past the noon time quaffer, but things are changing with the younger generation. This Pošip is native to Korčula, with its qualities perfectly suited to ocean living.  Very bright with lemon and lime, raw honey, limestone minerality and salty acidity.
