The 2016 Napa Valley Cab is a blend from three district, very steep, mountainside single vineyards on Soda Canyon, Mt. Veeder, and Spring Mountain. All three lots were were fermented separately and then assembled to showcase a sweet fruity richness. The result is a bold, full-bodied wine that's backed up by grainy, oaky tannins and aromas of licorice, peppercorn, coffee, blackcurrant, cherry, and plum.
