Chamizal looks down on the town of Sonoma. Terraced, hillside, sustainable (i.e. organic) vineyard. Typical of Zins from here, this sports a Rhone-like quality of strong, ripe berry fruits with aromatic bitters, cola, wild thyme and rosemary sensations. Drink this "heady" Zin with red meats, cured meats, strong tomato sauces & onion/garlic things.
