"Estate" Chardonnay finished by Bob Cabral (he joined Three Sticks in 2015). Egg ferment, steel barrel aged 10 months, no ML. If you assume by the winemaking that is a very crisp and tangy Chardonnay, you're wrong. Freshness of fruit yes (pear, apple, quince), and with it taste caramel, apple butter and brioche.
