Thinking Cap by Tres Sabores White Blend California 2023

A combination of grapes typically found in the south of France, this is a blend of 34% Clairette Blanche, 18% Petite Manseng, 13% Grenache Blanc, 19% Picpoul blanc, 17% Roussanne. The blend stands in its own category exhibiting richness and savory fruit elements. Loquats, clementine oranges, Asian pears, conference pears and cantaloupe. The acidity never gets lost in the richness of the fruit, remaining crisp and refreshing; described by the winery as “a walk by the ocean”.
