Thierry Germain is regarded as one of the most important biodynamic producers in all of France. After moving from Bordeaux to the Loire in the 1990s, Thierry quickly fell under the influence of Charly Foucault of Clos Rougeard. This must be where he learned to make wines of impeccable balance. This Cabernet Franc walks the line of being green with heavy herbs, lots of dark ripe fruits and violets. The 2022 vintage has classic Cab Franc tomato leaf aromas with structure and length.
