Thierry Germain is regarded as one of the most important biodynamic producers in all of France. After moving from Bordeaux to the Loire in the 1990s, Thierry quickly fell under the influence of Charly Foucault of Clos Rougeard. This must be where he learned to make wines of impeccable balance. This Cabernet Franc walks the line of being lightly green with lots of dark ripe fruit. The fruit from the 2020 vintage is particularly pretty and plush with a classy touch of tannins and acidity.
