The Joy Fantastic Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills 2016

From organically grown fruit, this is simply a beautiful Pinot Noir. It’s made with 20-25% whole cluster fermentation to give the wine a smooth mouthfeel. Bright red fruits on the nose – strawberry, raspberry, red cherry – as well as black pepper, tarragon, sage, and just a touch of cola. Lean on the palate with high acidity, this is a measured, quietly engaging Pinot that subtly lingers. A superb example of what the cool Santa Rita Hills AVA is capable of.
