63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 15% Petite Sirah, and 5 % Cabernet Franc coming from Diamond Mountain and St. Helena, then aged in 40% new French oak for 18 months. This is an enticing blend that’s full and fruity without being too big or aggressive: aromas of red plums, blackcurrant, black cherry, chocolate, coffee, licorice, and cloves followed by a palate with soft, ripe tannins for an approachable wine that goes down very easily.
