Terre Rouge Roussanne Sierra Foothills 2012

A classic Roussanne made by Bill Easton who has been making wine around the Sierra Foothills since the mid 1980’s. Straw in color with exquisite quince and honey-nut aromas, silky mouth feel and excellent minerality. 7 years old already, but with the acidity to age farther. White flowers, a waxy texture with the typical varietal weightiness. Honey, marigold, lemon and a small hint of petrol from age. Bottle aged before release.
