Best lots chosen by Terralsole for Riserva, looking for concentration and structure. Riservas are released at least 5 years after harvest, but Terralsole waits longer. This will evolve and improve through 2030 (at least!). Tart wild cherries, blackberries, amaro, dusty tannins, mouth-watering acid, pleasingly bittersweet. Spicy 45 second finish.
