Teeter Totter Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 17

Made by star winemaker Benoît Touquette, this is an immediately approachable and irresistibly enjoyable Napa Cabernet. The 2017 is composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 5% Zinfandel, and 5% Petite Sirah. Lots of ripe black fruits – blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, plum – on the nose as well as smoke, oak, herbs, spices, and mocha which goes into a big, chewy, inky, but very smooth palate that has a long, mouth-coating finish.
