Don’t be afraid of the seemingly youthful vintage on the bottle, this is Benoit Touqette’s drink-me-now wine by the way. His style of wine is always velvet and complex with ripe fruits and ripe tannins.  The base of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon is uncommonly blended with 5% Zinfandel, 5% Charbono and 5% Petite Sirah, coming together for a rich, bold and tantalizing wine to be savored.  Blueberries, violets, cocoa powder, vanilla, plums and deep black fruits.
