Tatomer Wines “Hinter der Mauer” White Blend Central Coast 2023

A blend of 80% Grüner Veltliner from John Sebastiano and Kick-On Ranch Vineyard in Santa Barbara and 20% Riesling from La Estancia Vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands. Two grapes that rarely find themselves in the same bottle, but often in the same vineyard, the wine is filled with apricots, peaches, jasmine flowers, herbs and more tropical qualities. Citrus zest, spicy acidity and an “old-world” minerality hinting at his time spent at some of Austria’s best producers.
