Tasca d'Almerita Malvasia Salina "Didyme" 2015

"Didyme" From the tiny volcanic island of Salina off the north coast of Sicily ("Didyme" is the island's original Greek name) comes this light, dry, bright, aromatic white wine. Lots going on here: smell and taste wildflowers (a whole field of them!), fresh herbs, limoncello and preserved lemon, with pronounced minerality, a saline finish, and a refreshing "zing" of acid. Great seafood wine!
